Shipping
Lighting and accessories ship via UPS within the US and DHL worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has left our studio. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Furniture is currently available within New York City. Delivery or pickup will be coordinated directly during the order process.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our shop in Brooklyn, NY. Once an order is placed, we'll be in touch to discuss an available pickup dates.
Customs and duties
We ship internationally on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the full landed cost of your order.
Duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority and are calculated based on the items in your order (including their value and classification).
Placing an Order
Our collection includes both in-stock and made-to-order pieces. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page and vary depending on production workflow, and shipping destination.
Changing or Canceling Order
Orders can be updated or canceled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with any changes. Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it.
Custom Orders
We take on a limited number of custom projects, including original commissions, adaptations of existing designs, and site-specific pieces.
Each project begins with a conversation, followed by a quote, material selection, and timeline. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Lead times typically range from 4–10 weeks depending on scope and materials.

Assembly & Installation
Most pieces arrive fully assembled. Items that require mounting or installation include instructions and necessary hardware.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
To start a return, log into your account and process the return directly from your order history. Once your return is confirmed, we'll send a prepaid UPS return label with instructions to schedule a pickup or locate your nearest drop-off point.
Order History & Account Access
Past orders and shipment tracking are available via your account dashboard.
Item Arrived Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Parts & Replacements
If a component of your order needs to be replaced, contact us with details and photos and we'll let you know what's available.
